Common questions
How does the revenue share work?
After your app launches and starts earning, we take a 10% share of net revenue, tracked transparently through Stripe Connect. Once we've received 3× your build cost, the rate drops to 3% and stays there permanently. For example, if your build costs €7,500, we receive 10% until €22,500 total, then 3% ongoing.
What tech stack do you use?
We choose the best tools for each project. For web apps: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL. For mobile: Flutter. For infrastructure: AWS, Vercel, or similar. We always optimize for long-term maintainability.
Do I own my code?
Yes, 100%. You own all source code, designs, and intellectual property from day one. We provide full access to the Git repository. If you ever want to part ways, you walk away with everything.
Can the 3% long-term rate be bought out?
The 3% long-term revenue share can only be ended through a mutual agreement between both parties. It is not a unilateral buyout — both sides must agree on terms. This ensures a fair, long-term partnership. The 10% phase can still be accelerated by reaching the 3× cap faster.
What happens if my app doesn't make money?
If your app doesn't generate revenue, you don't owe us anything beyond the build cost. The revenue share only applies to actual earnings. This is exactly why our incentives are aligned — we want your app to succeed as much as you do.
How involved am I during development?
As involved as you want to be. At minimum, you'll get weekly demo sessions where we show progress and collect feedback. You'll have direct access to the development team via Slack or your preferred communication tool.
